Have you checked for spark? Is the security light on or flashing? You will have to get a fuel pressure gauge to test the fuel pressure.Do you have any codes in the computer?

If the security light is on solid or flashing it wont start. What fuse did you change? You will only have power to the fuel pump for a couple of seconds when turning the key to the run position and while cranking to start the car also while the engine is running.Do you have spark?
