Are you talking about the VSC light? Vehicle stability control light/ The car will have to be scanned to find out what turned that light on, anything else would be guessing.

The first scan pointed to the pcv valve. However after replacing the valve, the light has subsequently came on again. Like I said I took the car in for a tune up. So what could have happened in the course of changing the plugs fuel filter, etc. That would result in a vsc warning light. Specifically what are the more common reasons this light would come on. By the way vsc in a lexus stands for vehicle skid control not stability contriol. I need someone with enough knowledge about lexus vsc light issues to give a possible answer. I am already aware the vehicle can be scanned. That is waht pointed to the pcv valve. Thank you

No matter what the car has to be scanned again to see what fault/s turned that light on, I can guess all day but thats all it would be, a guess, but I can tell you this, did your mechanic disconnect the battery for service? If he did and the wheels were turned in any way, the yaw rate sensor may need recalibrating, this has to be done by a dealer. Have a good night.
