Just replaced rear break pads on a 2000 lexus es 300.I am now hearing a slight scraping sound while driving. Any ideas? Removed the master cylinder, removed bottom pin of caliper, lifted caliper up, replaced pads, compressed the piston, put caliper back on and now a scraping sound

Could be the type of disc pads or caliper piston binding not retracting

Check the rotors as as well. If the edges are protruding, they can cause scraping noises as the edges of the new pads would be brushing against them. Ensure the backing plates are not too close to the rotors.
