bent the brake dust shield

Changed rear break pads and bent the brake dust shield. how would i go about bending it back so it doesn't scrape rotor? the right rear break dust shield is making slight contact with the rotor.

Usually you can bend them back by hand. We've all done that. If it's too tough, you'll need a large pliers to tug on it. You might also be able to wedge a screwdriver between the rotor and shield to pry it back.
