I have a 2000 Land rover discovery the blower motor is inoperative, I have no juice to either side of the 30amp fuse in box under the drivers side panel, I have no juice to the blower motor what supplies the 30amp fuse in the box

fuse link 4 which is a 100 amp in the underhood fuse box supplies fuse 6 & 7 in the pass fuse box. you only need a test light to test the fuse. it supplies front an drear blowers it could be something else however
