Contaminated with what? If it has water in it, flush the system with plenty of clean, fresh brake fluid. If it's a petroleum product, the only proper repair is to replace every part that has rubber parts that contact the brake fluid, and to flush and dry all of the steel lines. That's a very expensive repair.
