2000 Kia Spectra overdrive lights stays on

I put the car in drive and then the over drive lights starts blinking, car does not shake or pull. How do I fix this problem. Thank you for your time.

That is telling you that the transmission control module has sensed a problem and stored a trouble code. You will need some professional level equipment capable of accessing the trans model, not the PCM.
