2000 Kia Sephia This Car Sat Year Had Jump Start Tried Again Would Turn Over

this car has sat for like a year and i had to jump it for it to start then when i tried to jump it again it would turn over and lights come on and the car wouldn't start so went bought a new battery and put new spark plugs in and still won't start whats wrong?

It could be the old fuel in the tank. However, check fuel pump pressure and for spark to the engine. Let me know what you find.
