Engine will not crank, power windows and trunk release do not work?

So, i was out driving my car today and everything was fine i parked it but when i got back in to start it a few hours later i noticed the windows didn't roll down and the car wouldn't even try to crank over. The dash has power, the battery is fully charged. i can hear it click in the relay for the starter. Is there something I'm missing?

When you try to crank the engine over do the dash lights go out? If so, you have a bad connection at the battery. Please go over this guide to help fix the problem:
