Probably not. You aren't going to fix anything by adding a chemical to the fuel. There are so many good detergents and other good additives in gas already.

Just to add to this I have to disagree about plenty of good additives in gas already. In the case of if its a top tier gas then yes if it isnt then no it isnt. There are plenty of bulletins that talk about this when coming across clogged up fuel injectors from not using a top tier fuel. Just wanted to add that to this question.
