HOLD YOUR STEERING WHEEL CW OR CCW (HARD MAYBE)AND TRY TO TURN OR REMOVE KEY----PRESSURE FROM WHEELS/ STEERING IS PROBABLY BINDING THE LOCKING MECHANISM
