Hello I have been experiencing fuel smells coming from the rear of the jeep but only when I start the vehicle up I thought maybe the fuel tank cap was loose and tightened it but the smell continues could it be that the vapor canister needs replacing and if so can I do the job myself. or could it be something else. Thanks carpros

Do you have a check engine light?

Could be the charcoal canister saturated with fuel, vent valve/line leaking, purge solenoid and fuel tank cam lock seal defective-I recommend you have it smoke tested to find out more -
