I changed the intake manifold on my Jeep and now when I crank it up it red lines and hit the rev limiter. What is the cause

check for a vacuum leak at manifold with choke cleaner, either a gasket slipped or it is not tight enough. they shold have about 25 ft lbs torquw e if 13mm nuts/bolts
