If the battery test is good
Starting at each battery terminal (positive and negative) follow each big fat wire...if it "clamps" or "squeezes" to something or "bolts" or "Screws down" to something take it loose, "wire brush" or "clean" it--even the surface it mounts to!
THEN TIGHTEN IT BACK WELL!---All the way thru to the solenoid and to the starter and where-ever the negative side winds up.
Start at the battery go to the solenoid 1st (as your accessories connect to the positive side along the way)---Pass over no connection, and excusing yourself by saying "It looks good!"
As you "DO" each connection--Attempt to start-so that you might can locate which connection was the "Problem Child"
The negative side is equally important!--the accessories and starter also need a "ground" too!
Then return and let us know what's going on!
And no whining!....Just a "Roger That, Sergeant!" will be enough.
We like to hear--"we did this exactly the way you said and it Worked/ or did not"---instead of after a 1/2 mile thread of more diagnosis, you THEN tell us it was the battery clamp "squeezer" onto the cable...and we've been chasin' ghosts this whole time!
And one last bit, that we may need to know...you didn't abuse your baby by crossing up Positve and Negative battery cables or crossing 'em up wrong while jump-starting?
Now get to it!
