2000 XK8 Jaguar power top failure

Is there power to pump? fluid level good? does pump run? can top be manually worked?

yes,yes,no,haven't tried manually.All fuses and relays have power.It seems that the top quit and key fob quit same time. programed fob its working don't know if there's any connection ?
