oil pan gaket replacement pan fastner sequence and torque specs

I am replacing the blown oil pan gasket fro my father but I want to make sure about the sequence for putting the bolts back into the oil pan and proper torque value.

the torque is 97-115"lbs or 11-13 nm pic included.
