Unplugged window control module on 1999 jaguar now the rear switch opens the drivers side and none of the others will work

Orignally the drivers side would not let up so removed door panel to unplug window control module and when I plugeed I heard a clicking sound from the trunk and when I used 4 panel drivers switch only the front would operate with the rear switch any help is apprechiated.
