heater problem

2000 Jag S type, 3.0 engine - heater does not work, everything works properly but no heat comes out.

there are actuators that move to direct the air if both your heater hoses are hot when the car is warmed up then one of these aren't working . they are either electrical or vacuum and need tobe checked to see if they are getting power or vacuum.
