Not getting any heat . Dccv fuse is good . My Tec says dccv valve tested OK, wiring to hvac module OK ,found bulletin for hvac module update . Tec says update required . So before driving to the Jaguar dealer , I read this tsb and (# jtb00103) notice the subject: a/c unable to lower outlet temperature . This is the opposite of the problem I am experiencing . The question then remains , what is the real problem ? Would I be wasting a lot of diagnostic time looking into that tsb ? Anyone had this situation crop up?
