Where is the leak coming from? If it is from gaskets, the job was not done well resulting in the leakage.

You can skim the cylinder head but the job must be done well. If the finishing is poor, then you can have leakage problems. Which area is leaking and what is leaking?

That can be a fault with the head, gasket and block. Water and oil leaking means a serious fault and visually you should be able to see something.

Was the cylinder pressure tested?
