No power to fuses or fuel relay not starting. Drove it home in a lot of snow, parked, the next day soul not start. Checked fuel pump and spark, all good

Check items in pic you may have blown the main fuse.

I agree with HMAC300, here is a guide to help you check for power at fuse # 16, 100 amp.
