I would like to know if it would be possible to add an extra alternator to my ingine. I am adding some serious sound, and not sure if the current amps I have is enough.

wedon't normally do medium duty trucks but check on alternator it may already be large enough. Normally they are marked on top on amperage. if like an 80 amp you may be able to go to a 125 amp by just replacing alternator.
