Trying to find out sense my icm is bad do I got to replace the ECM also on a 2000 infinity i30 t mechanic told me I needed to replace the ECM also is that true thanks so much.................................................

here's what is found on tips page mechanic can check this if it's like this then it's going to need replacing inculdin iac.
p0505, p0171, p0300, p1320 IAC windings short out and burn up ecm. Remove IAC and check ohms of all windings. Spec 22 ohms. check for low ohms. Mine was 8. Replace ECM and IAC
