Hey guys. Need a solenoid valve assembly P/N31940-85x03. Can't find anywhere, please help.

I've looked for this part number everywhere and can't find it. Do I need this specific part number or can I buy any replacement assembly? Appreciate any info.

3rd gear doesn't work. Diagnostic says that 3rd shift solenoid is the culprit.

So was the 3rd gear solenoid ohms out of spec?How did you find out that was bad?

A technical service bulletin that said it could only be one of two things, that the solenoid valve needs replacing or the TCM does. It's not the TCM, it was tested and it's fine. Everything else on my car is in working order but it slips from 2nd to 3rd. Then I read the bulletin and I'm pretty sure it's this 3rd shift solenoid or perhaps damaged lip seals. I just need a good price on that solenoid assembly.

Your best bet is to get one from the dealer or a online transmission parts store.
