wont pick up speed pass 30

My car is drivable but the problem am having is it wont pick up speed pass 30 and i want to know whats the problem The people i let look at it said it a electrical problem and codes need to be reset but when i hooked the device up the codes that needed to be replaced were sensors. Am confused and i dont want to spend alot of money if i dont have to.

your computer stores codes for sensors you need to write down the codes clear the codes then when light comes back on check codes there will be a lot less codes these are the ones that need adressed.
