When I bought the car I didn't change the tranmission fluid know it has 110000 miles. Do you recomend me to change it or just leave it lilke that.I dont know if the previous owner changed it. Somebody told me to flush it without changing the filter. What should I do? Thanks.

Can you tell me the present condition of the fluid? Is it still clean and pink in color, or is it dirty, black or smell burnt?

It is brown or dirty. The transmission shifts good. When you said it is dirty what do you mean sorry?

Thanks.

Since the fluid is brown, I would recommend changing it and the filter. My concern was if the fluid had a burnt smell to it. It such cases, sometimes it does more harm than good when the fluid is changed. I've see transmissions start to slip after being serviced. But, that is when the fluid is extremely dirty and burnt.
