Help my son fix his car

2000 HYUNDAI ELANTRA
4 CYL • FWD • AUTOMATIC

2000 Hyundai Elantra - the right, front directional singal doesn't blink or doesn't flash when the hazards are on. All the other signals blink. Light itself works. Bulb OK. Fuse OK.

Might want to start by checking for power to the bulb socket turn signal contact and also the ground circuit- then turn signal switch and the flasher unit-

How/where would I find the "bulb socket turn signal contact?"

Inside the connector where the bulb is inserted. Check to see if power is getting to it and that the ground to the socket is attached.
