Check engine light came on. Was told it is the 02 sensor with a part cost of 101. And labor of 80. Is this a fair price.

Yes. The O2 sensor takes a bit less than an hour to replace. You can save yourself a significant chunk of change by doing it yourself. At Autozone the sensor runs between $75 and $140, depending upon which one.
