2000 Hyundai Coupe Hi Idling Revs About 800 Per Minute Anything Electrical

Hi , When idling the revs are about 800 revs per minute . When anything electrical is turned on ie electric windows or lights the revs drop and engine nearly stalls . Is this the alternator not working properly ?

not necissarily. it could be a bad isle air control as it adjusts idle speed according to load
