Can any one tell me what is this filter and what is job function.

That's not a filter. It looks like your EVAP Purge solenoid.

WrenchTech is correct. I'm a Hyundai technician and thats 100% the EVAP purge control solenoid. Its located in between the intake manifold and the firewall.
