I received the following DTC codes from my vehicle this morning:

C0227
C0278
C0222

Can you please tell me what these mean?

those are abs codes and you are missing lh and rh sensor signals along with a hig voltage problem have your battery checked it may be source o f one problem unless vehicle was in a recent wreck then take to a pro the wiring may be in need of repair.
