When my 2000 honda odyssey starts it idles rough and when you rev it up it starts sputtering. Any ideas? The check engine starts blinking and tcs light comes on.

An error has been detected and you need to retrieve the trouble codes to understand what could be wrong.

Most parts outlets provide free scanning services. Get it done and let me know the EXACT trouble code.
