2000 Honda Civic Replaced Brake Rotors Twice Past 18 Months Again Getting

Have replaced brake rotors twice in past 18 months and again getting vibration in steering wheel when applying the brakes (not any other time). Only 10K miles on the newest set of rotors...and getting the vibration. Is this a suspension problem, hydraulic line issue or bearing problem?

A brake or rotor problem. The quality of the rotors you have could be suspect. Ensure the brakes are not sticking and overheating causing the rotors to run-out..
