I put power steering fluid in with the brake fluid, in the master cylinder reservoir. Will that wreck my brake system?

You will have to remove the oil from the master ASAP and flush the brakes out with fresh brake fluid, the oil will start to affect the seals in the brake system and brake failure is a real possibility.
