THE ENGINE LOOSES POWER, THEN IT COMES BACK. ALMOST LIKE A SURGE. BUT ONLY WHEN IM DRIVING AT A CONSTANT SPEED. THERE IS ALSO A WEIRD RATTLE, AND A SLIGHT BURNING SMELL. MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. THE OIL IS READING FULL ON THE DIP STICK. MY RADIATOR FLUID IS FULL. WHATS WRONG? HOW CAN I FIX IT? AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
