2000 Honda Accord Tail lights

I have a friend with a 2000 Honda Accord. Recently the tail lights, dash lights and interior lights all stopped working. The break and turn signals still work, Just not the tail lights, dash lights and interior lights.

First test all the fuses individually using a test light on both ends. If all fuses are good, you could have a bad headlamp switch but that would need to be tested using a wiring diagram at the switch harness.
