I have a car honda accord in 2000, when it is hot oil into the radiator, while packing my cylinder head has been changed but still no oil coming into the radiator. how do I overcome it?

Do you mean oil is getting to the radiator?
Is the engine oil contaminated with water?
Was the cooling system flushed after working on the cylinder head?
Was the cylinder head checked for cracks?
