2000 Honda Accord Outside Door Handle Back Broke Accidentally Kid Push Down

the outside door handle in the back door of my 2000 accord was broke, and accidentally my kid push down the child lock on the door, now can't open either in-outside, could you help me how to fix it?

This isn't going to be easy.
If you can remove the door glass outer moulding, you might be able to get to the outer handle internal portion to open the door.
Alternative is to force the door panel off and get to the opening mechanism from inside.
