manual trans prob

I have a 2000 honda accord ex 4 cyl and i do not have reverse. It wont go into reverse like it is not there no grinding just wont go in to reverse

Check linkage to the transmission and make sure it is working. If it is working and the other gears work, it sounds like the trans needs to come out and checked for internal damage.
