Their are two fans located behind the radiator they have stop working.

Is the engine overheating or running hot? Have you checked fuses? Have you checked to make sure the fan motors are still good? Have you checked the fan relay?

Yes the engine did over heat, it had a heater hose burst. After replacing the hose I noticed that the fans are not working are coming on.

The first thing to check is if there is power to the fan motors. If there is, the motors are bad. If there is no power, then it becomes a tracing game. Start at the coolant temp sensor, pcm, relay.
