After letting the honda set for years i decided it was time to get it running.I bought a new battery and as soon as i hooked the cables up flashers started flashing and the horn started honking.The car would turn over but not start.Everytime i hook the battery cables up the flashers and horn come on even with the key in my pocket. whats up
