Rough idling and stalling

Idles rough like car is shaking and when I plug air flow meter in car stalls I have replaced the air flow meter but has not made a difference

air flow meter does not work with it disconnected. did it run better??

start with a compression test to verfiy motor is good.

It ran a lot smoother when I plugged the air flow meter in but would only idle for a few seconds then stall and when I unplug the air flow meter the car runs and don't stall but runs rough their is no signs of water in oil or oil in water

still start with basics, compression , fuel pressure and spark.
