I have a 2000 GMC Sonoma, 4 cyl. When the weather get below 30 degress or so, it will not crank. Turns over fine, I can leave the switch turned on for about a minute, and then it will usually crank. Also, does not "fire" immediately after cranking / running. Turns over several times then will usaually crank. Fuel pressure / coil all check out. Even took it to a repair shop, they could not "fix".

When the problem occurs, have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the plugs. Go from there. Cranking is starter action.

I would try a squirt of starting fluid or fuel into the intake when it won't start to determine if what you have is a fuel mixture issue in colder weather. There are a number of things that can cause that.
