trouble code keeps coming up for throttle position sensor low voltage . Have replace sensor still has code coming up.

It's telling you that the PCM is seeing low voltage on the signal return from the TPS. That doesn't automatically mean it's the fault of the TPS. It can be any of the related wiring, the PCM itself or a mechanical issue with the throttle body.
