I have a 2000 gmc sonoma and my tailights are not working, along with my dashboard illumination

I have replaced the headlamp switch and the blinker switch and im lost on where to go from there...

Check and test the park lamp relay and park lamp fuse

the fuse is good and im not sure where that relay is located.. thats what i am currently researching, some help on where to locate the relay would be much appreciated!
