4wd indicator lights on dash do not light up

Dosent shift into 4wd 0r 4wd low. also fuel gauge doesn't work . just got it back from shop getting other things fixed . didnt see it until i got home.wondering if both are one problem? also windshield washer doesn't work.these all worked before i took it in.

You need totake it back and get them to set it right. What work did they do? All info you can give us helps. Troubleshooting on the net is hard, but harder with only partial info.
