When I am going anywhere from 30 to 50 mph and I slow down and accelerate again my truck seems like it is missing or shuttering or something the only code I have is catalytic flow below thresh hold on bank 2 but I recently had a transmission rebuilt to so I'm not sure where I should start to try to fix the problem

For some reason, I can only see part of your post. I do, however, see where you wrote the catalytic converter is below threshold. Have you checked to see if it is plugged?
