2000 GMC Safari instrument cluster jouncing

I have a GMC Safari that is having an issue with the gas gauge and fuel gauge bouncing around while driving. I was wondering do I need to replace the whole instrument cluster or is it an electrical issue.

Have the fuel sending unit checked-

Sorry I meant the fuel and oil gauges were bouncing.

If it still bouncing around or whatever its doing-check wiring connectors underneath dash and also the charging system-
