2000 GMC Safari Brake pulsates

When pressing on the brake pedal in the stop position with engine on, the brake pedal would pulsate/vibrate. What is the cause for the brake pedal to pulsate, i have already changed the brake booster n brake master cylinder?

Are you referring to a real rapid pulsation, almost like a buzz as the pedal also drops lower when coming to a stop?

Also, does this have a vacuum booster or hydro-boost?
