Transmission is shifting rough in first gear and second gear

After driving for approximately 30 minutes the car begins to shift roughly at 10 miles per hour and again at 20 miles per hour. I recently had the transmission serviced and the filter changed.

Do you have a check engine light and when was last tune-up? Badly needed tune-up will affect the transmission operations-Could be a shifting solenoid sticking,valve body and governor and throttle pressure problems
